DESCRIPTION :

Full metal bridge has a low construction cost, consists of the appropriate foundation and two ramps among which the metal structure is framed. All static calculations of the truck scale and foundation have been made following the most advanced DIN 8119 and DIN 1072 standards for road bridges.

The metal skeleton is made of main beams of type U and I. Beyond the main beams, 10 mm thick metal plates are placed.
Along the main beams and in a corresponding position between them, vertical girders are fitted under which the load cells are housed.
Special support bars and mount support have been created and installed at the points of the load cells to ensure firmness and uniform operation of the carrier as well as proper transport of loads to the load cells.
The assembly of all wiring is done in a special recess where the Juction Box is mounted with the signal assembly plate from the power cells.
All metal parts are sandblasted and stained with high-strength epoxy and antioxidant dyes for long-term protection of the weighbridge from corrosion and oxidation.

TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION:

The transportation and installation is carried out by the qualified staff of IVS Engineering, using our own truck crane.
The installation of the weighbridge is completed by customizing it, connecting the peripherals (indicator, printer, coin slot etc.) and its calibration.
Finally, the proper operation test, the demonstration and the training of the weighbridge operators and the delivery of the user manuals in English are performed.
All parts of the weighbridge, including load cells and their support systems, remain easily accessible after installation, providing uninterrupted maintenance.
